SERVICES WE PROVIDE TO YOU

Family Care Medical Services provides comprehensive practice management and business support services to all contracted General Practitioners including:

• Providing support to assist you in arranging:
  • Immigration Visas
  • Medical Board registration
• Arranging a car and short term accomodation on your arrival.
• Meet and greet you at the airport and take you (and your family) to your accomodation.
• Set you up with all the necessary equipment, staff and paperwork for you to work as a deputising General Practitioner.
• Provide you with a comprehensive orientation to assist you in the transition to medical practice in Australia.
• Supervision and mentoring (where required) along with ongoing coninuing professional development and quality assurance activities.
• Business support services including banking, payroll and taxation.

EXPECTED INCOME

Deputising General Practitioners work with Family Care Medical Services as independent contractors and can expect to earn a generous income, depending on how often and how many hours they choose to work.

• A doctor working 40-50 hour per week can expect to earn a gross income of between AUD$7,000 and AUD$10,000 per week.
• In addition, Family Care Medical Services will pay a rebate of AUD$4000 on completion of each 1600 hour contract with us.
